Never mind, I found the issue, I removed the icon that was not the active one when open and made a new shortcut to /opt/TweetDeck/bin/TweetDeck and that worked

I tried your suggestion and it didn't work for me. I just got one with the icon and one without the icon. I switched back to AWN for now.
